Teacher Leadership: Cultivating Courage & Coaching Skills

This course explores the intersection of teacher leadership, courageous leadership, and effective coaching practices. Drawing upon Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead and Elena Aguilar’s The Art of Coaching, participants will examine how vulnerability, empathy, and resilience intersect with coaching strategies to empower educators as leaders. Through theoretical exploration, reflective practice, and experiential learning, participants will develop the skills and mindset necessary to lead with courage, authenticity, and compassion in educational settings.
