This course is designed for teachers who are looking for ideas to assess student knowledge and understanding. There are no shortage of unique tools for teachers to utilize that provide immediate feedback needed to adjust teaching. Teachers enrolled in this course will use a variety of online resources to gage student knowledge by implementing a variety of formative assessment tools and strategies. We will specifically focus on formative assessments by category including, interactive presentations, traditional questioning, discussions, polling, visual/auditory and flipped learning.
